WellbeingAt Tioga, we are continually looking to improve our welfare support to
employees, ensuring we are providing a safe, calm and supportive
environment. Not all well-being cases are mental health; some people might
be dealing with a stressful situation, a bereavement, or just everyday stresses.
Speaking to one of the FeelWell Support Team doesn't mean you have to be
diagnosed with a mental health issue; we are here for all cases.
There are three trained Mental Health First Aiders on-site. They each have
individual profiles on Tioga Central where people can access and gauge which
person they'd like to approach.

Every month, the FeelWell Team post a newsletter on Tioga Central. The newsletters include any awareness
days for that month, charity events, health resources, and any conditions or illnesses that could affect
someone's mental health.
We want to promote Tioga's goal of having an empowered and healthy workforce. The monthly newsletters
are a reminder that it's ok to not be ok, and talk about mental health to normalize it and remove the stigma.
